Big body. Not an aggressive runner. Word is he has accuracy issues. Great guy.

I suspect he is. In fact, I suspect had he been QB1 for us this may have been a season for the ages on the Plains. But we’ll never know.

It’s rumor but some of us think the politics of having a legacy qb on roster made it difficult for him to shine.

I doubt that’s truly the entire story, but it is true we just didn’t get to see much of him. He seems to have physical tools necessarily to be a good dual threat but that’s all I can say.

He seems to have the physical tools but we never got to see what he can do. The knock was always he wasn’t accurate but we don’t know how true or not that is.

everything we have seen, he seems to be a good kid with a lot of upside. Nix has a higher ceiling as a true quarterback but Gatewood has the higher upside as an athlete I would say.

Remains to be seen how good he can be and will most likely do well with the right offense adjusted for his talents.
