One of the iconic images of the game is number 9 mugging Cam Coleman on an otherwise easy TD catch while the ref is busy running away.

It was a missed call that didn't even matter. You then converted the 4th down and scored a TD on that drive to take the lead in the 4th quarter.

Is it the officials' fault that fAU couldn't hold a lead in the 4th Q and then gave up 32 sacks on their last possession?

If not for the penalties, Auburn would have embarrassed them. This is just damage control for playoff time.

That’s just not true and you know it. OU was the better team on both sides of the ball. Still won with 100 yards in penalties.

Their only strong suit is defensive line and refs. Good freaking luck holding up in the SEC.

I cannot wait for the Texas defense to squash Mateer like a bug.

You got enough bugs on your own plate to worry about.

Heck fire, Kirby, I'd damn near trade this one for 2006 Oregon or 1984 saxet or 1971 Nebraska.

Oklahoma was jobbed in all three of those and I mean like obvious enough the screen captures
clearly show it.

The way Sooner fans figure it the football gods OWE us something like this.

This keeps being repeated as if it's true, it isn't. If intercepted, neither was close to being a pick six.

Umm i hate to tell you, had Peyton Bowen actually caught that dropped INT, there was no one between him and the endzone. No one.

The missed INT on the swing pass, there also was no one between the defender and the end zone.

He's a gamer. I'll give him that. But, RRS can't get here soon enough.

Lucky my arse. Guess you failed to watch the 4th quarter. Aubarn had plenty of opportunity to go take the game and they got wrecked! Cry harder.

This is just dumbassery - Mateer went and drove his team to the endzone for a TD to win it, the other got his arse wrecked in his own endzone to end it! JA is not in the same company of Mateer, they are not even close.
