Hilarious to say this when you don't even understand NET, which has been around for years now.

16 quad 1 wins. Champions of the toughest conference of all time.

The committee doesn’t care about anything else. I know alabama fans think their superbowl victory last saturday was supposed to mean something but it meant nothing.

I’m happy for Bruce Pearl. The weather in San Fransisco is wonderful in late March. Lots to see. Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, the crooked windy road thing…

Losing, they didn’t take they foot off the gas, they lost multiple games. They are limping into the tournament and should be a 2 seed. They lost the #1 overall last week and lost the #1 seed altogether.

Mistakes happen and the committee made one. Auburn will be sitting at home fairly quickly.

Damn it’s crazy they didn’t consult your brilliant arse. Anybody who watches college bball knows that Auburn pretty much locked up the overall one seed two weeks ago. AU could have lost to Ole Miss and would still be on the one line.

And proceeds to limp into the tournament on a losing streak that shows they are not the team they were weeks ago. When they get bounced early are y’all going to join the baseball discussions or football camp discussions?

This thread is full of idiots.

Do you watch college basketball?

3 weeks ago, when the first rankings were announced, the committee chairman said Auburn was a one seed and there was not much they could do to lose it.

Auburn could have lost their last 6 games and stayed a one seed.
It’s the whole season of work.

It’s that way every year.

It will be that way next year too.

Getting hot at the end does not change much at all. When will people learn?

The only question was “Will Duke jump Auburn for the overall 1 seed?”

Don't forget the feces, needles, drug addicts, rampant crime and the great governor Newsom.

The funniest thing is the number one overall seed means nothing when all they do is focus on matchups.

Only thing that mattered is Auburn got Atlanta but they get to play a road game against louisville before they get there.

I agree but that is not the topic that everyone keeps discussing.

I am not talking about who is playing the best ball right now.

I am not talking about how far Auburn will go this year.

I am just talking about how the committee seeds teams each year. Auburn has been on the wrong end of it at least 3 times in the last decade. (Where I thought we had done enough to get a higher seed and nothing changed).

This was the first time we have been on the “other end” of it and it turned out like I expected.

Guess what everyone? If you want a high seed - schedule quad 1 games away and neutral and win 75% or more of them.

It’s not hard.
