Brady wasn't much of a coach, but he could recruit. Trent rebuilt Nevada(5 years) and Stanford(4 years) . I am still giving him time.

3 and in year one he took the players brady won 8 games with and won the SEC and nearly knocked off eventual NC UNC in the second round of the NCAA tourney. He also made Marcus Thorton and Chris Johnson Better all around players. Both are now in the NBA. Thorton is still a scoring machine.

IMO in three years at the helm, you've got to have something better on the court than.....well this. Grant has turned bama around in 2 yrs with jack shite. hell they cant even shoot a ball in a straight line

Why did Trent leave Stanford? He made it to the sweet sixteen his final year and is from Berkeley.

I dont think Bama has improved much.. The straws really fell in their favor.. Now if he produces results like this next year then, yes he has turned it around.

Trent left stanford, because he had to deal with there academic qualifications when recruiting. Tim Floyd is also his best friend and told him how great LA is talent wise. Problem is he never felt he needed to get a few JUCOs to come in. That was his mistake. Grant didn't make that mistake. He now realizes it and is after the top two JUCO PG's.
