I've already explained this, but it's not possible for him to be right. Goff's teams were more talented on D than a few UGA teams since then.

I interpreted it as him stopping at the Goff era because he thought those units were less talented. Maybe that wasn't the right interpretation.
Doesn't matter really. He's still wrong. Just counting our front seven talent, it's better than the 2006 team, just in terms of talent level. Hell, you could make a case that last year's team was less talented on D.
