Would be a sweet game to go to this time of year.

Has the guy signed a contract yet?

Frankie Sullivan is finally showing what he can truly do (besides though missed FTs) and hes not even 100% yet.. Kid can play. If he can stay healthy, hes a top guard in the SEC.

The one thing that gives me hope is that we have a deeper bench than LBS. If we can get off to a good start and play even with them in the 1st half I'm hopeful that we can get into their legs a bit. Ward will have to take care of the ball much better and we have to stop fouling so much but I think we can give them a good game.

What is up with Noel Johnson? Still hurt or just not playing because he hasn't been able to practice?

I thought he would play last night. Maybe Barbee didn't want to mess with the rhythm of the game last night by putting him in

I guess Allen Payne fell off the map too.

He is going to have to knock the rust off of his game and get his playing legs under him. That is going to take a few games. I don't want to place unreasonable expectations on the guy, but we need consistent go to scorer other than Sullivan.

quote:IMO, an 8 man rotation is ideal, with a couple of other guys filling in on occasion. Someone will get lost in the numbers game as a result. Too many guys in the rotation gets people out of rhythm and failing to understand their roles.

Yeah with Langford coming back some are not going to see as much playing time that's for sure.

OP needs to update the thread title to Aub @LBS. He probably won't show back up since he only has a 1000 posts since 2004.

Calling it an expectation may be a little premature. We still don't really know what we have and probably won't for at least a couple of weeks as the new guys get into the rotation and the competition stiffens.
