No it wouldn't dumb azz redhead, the title was for the season in those days, we had already won the title, in 93 you couldn't even play in your own conference title game because of paying players.
One thing no one calls Jay Barker is a liar.
He related this story on the radio, “ We were up late, got about a 20 yard run up the middle and the ref called holding, I asked him who held and he said, I don't know but the hole was so big someone had to be holding.”

Please give your "rational" thoughts as to why you think that a team that has a winning record against your team and has earned more 'ships in the last 5 years than your team has earned in its entire history is the little brother?

Your butt is hurt. Does Auburn "claim" '93? I was alive when bama went from a handful of NC's to two handful's over one night. You gumps take the cake.

They claimed enough to put them ahead of Notre Dame at the time. No Alabama fan wants to believe that, but it's true.
