Because the one shot where she was busy on fella #1's Johnson while he had his hand on the back of her head holding her head down may make it relatively easy to prove she may not have known that fella #2 (who was busy in her rear) was actually filming her.

Reading between the lines it looks like gf probably got it from someone else. She just got mad and posted it all. Still shitty but most revenge porn laws would tend to kick back to the first distributor not the people that share it after it was shared.

Nobody has any idea who created the Twitter account or posted the videos. It’s all purely conjecture, based on a screen shot of a DM.
Regardless, that piece of info isn’t really material to the investigation, IMO. The reason Hunter and his teammates are taking heat is because they took videos & pictures without permission, and then disseminated these things in a group chat, also presumably without permission of the parties involved.

That doesn't make any sense. I read their message board and I would say 75% of them feel the suspension is warranted. I'm not sure why you're labeling a few over there as the majority.
