Unless they changed it, this IS the final BCS rankings. Its only used to determine the NC and the bowl games.

Maybe because this is THE ONLY year that the rankings are based on who is supposedly the best two teams when any other year you were ranked based on your COMPLETE BODY OF WORK.
Bama has a shitty body of work this season and yet people feel they are more deserving. Last year, Bama was supposed to be the fricking patriots and yankees combined and they lost 3 games. And this year they beat a whopping TWO ranked teams, while also playing a pathetic OOC schedule and they are supposedly the second best?
