Westerman is more than 80% Auburn, believe me, I don't like it and trying to sway them but it looks that way.

Most likely. I think AU has petitioned to have him count for the 2012 class, but I doubt that happens.

Add to the list 2 more RB's. I would say it will be two out of Lane, Mason, Buie.

I keep hearing Crowell but I feel like he is UGA or maybe Bama all the way.

I say we have absolutely zero shot at Crowell

I think we'll get Mason/Buie but I have heard Mason may not qualify

Word is that it is a ND/Rutgers battle for him.

As for Crowell, I have never given us much of a chance, but I like that we get his last visit. I have read all kinds of conflicting reports on him with AU, UA and GA all leading depending on the report.

Luper got Crowell's last visit so there's a chance. You never know these days, I had 0% on Calloway the Thursday before the AAA game.

Shon Coleman is back in school but will not be a part of this class. He is slated to work back in the rotation in 2012.

We lost Huggins and we have very very little chance of Crowell.

Tre Mason and Drew along with Wright Roberson and Florence.

I also heard the same about all qualifying and our number will be 26.

I really have zero info on the Frost deal. Im not sure we know all that went down.

So is he not on scholarship? I realize he is not going to play until 2012 at best, but I think AU is honoring his scholarship offer and, unless the NCAA grants a waiver, he will count toward this year's class. Do you have different info?

No, you are correct that he will be on this years scholarship list but not playing till next season at the earliest

I've read the coaches are petitioning to have Coleman count toward the 2012 class since he won't actually be involved in football for probably close to another year. I have no idea where the NCAA stands on situations like his, but I have to think they'd have some leniency on a kid recovering from cancer. It would be fantastic if they could get that worked out and open up a spot for someone else, hopefully Frost.

What a weird situation with that kid. I still hope they give him a shot.

There is just no way Auburn would not sign this kid if we could because we were "Mad" at him. That is ridiculous.

Really surprised we can't get a true elite running back in this class. We only have one on scholarship, there is tons of playing time available.

You figure cam had something like 250 carries....Dyer will get some of those, Trotter will get a few....Omac will keep his...leaves plenty for the newby

I agree with you. I think that the NCAA will end up granting a year simply due to all the bad press on top of everything else this year if they deny a cancer kid.
