I thought he did. Something about "we'll find a way to win."

It was in an article on al.com last week. I'll see if I can find it.

So he was right.

Did he say anything untrue?

AJ McCarron has only been sacked 9 times.

True. He has been pressured a lot though.

I honestly don't think he meant it to sound like "we will win". It was more of a "we're implementing a game plan that will put us in a position to win if we execute it". That's my story and I'm sticking to it anyway.

No, but he is already assuming AUs DL will be able to put him on his arse.
What an a-hole. He should just assume that the DLs have no chance against the stout O-line, am I correct?

AU going to try and get at AJ like they did Ingram in 09

Just talking shite. Auburn won't take a cheap shot.

I just remember in 2009 Ingram was in the Heisman mix and AU shut him down.

AJ is kinda in the same position, so I figure Auburn would love to work him over.

It's difficult to get up for these trap games. Need every bit of motivation you can get.

I never considered the Tide to be a trap game, but now that you mention it I can see your point. However, there could have been other trap games this year and Auburn did just fine. Although I will admit that Bama might be considered a little better than MSU.

Bama was a trap game for us most of last decade. It is a new decade now, they have improved, things change. I think we will be fine.

Omg,a football player said they are going to try to find a way to win?
Total pos! Can't believe he didn't say "they are just too good. We don't stand a chance at all. I'm just going to lay down and quit"

LMAO!

A sack or pressure will not translate into an
automatic win. AJ has more experience than all your
QB's combined. I can see you guys getting some presure and maybe even a sack. It won't be his 1st time. He has his down moments but always gets up off the floor and WINS.

I don't think you know the definition of guarantee if you think the word "want" means he's guaranteeing anything.
