aTm fans - what are the expectations for your baseball team this year?

I hear the women's softball has had some good teams in the past - not very familiar with men's baseball.

Not too shabby.
I think preseason polls have us in low 20s? That's prob about right.
Unlike our football team, it'll be our offense that holds us back.
Pitching will be salty.
Too early to tell much more of anything rt now ... but I'm counting down the days.

Not trolling. Wanted to know how good the baseball program was. I know Texas has a good baseball program usually... didn't know much about aTm's.

We're usually pretty good but can never get over the hump and get deep in Omaha. We went to Omaha in 2011 and went 2 and out most recently. We've made a regional the last seven years, not that its anything to brag about, but gives you an idea of what our program is like- consistently in the tournament but can never make much noise once were there
I expect us to make a regional again next year but I doubt we progress past supers. All depends on the bats though. Pitching should be solid but we could be terrible at the plate once again

Rice is a better program. They clean up in metro Houston recruiting wise. They've been down the last couple years though
