I was kind of hoping the playoff system would cause these way too early predictions to die out! . outside of the SEC no one is really studying college football this time of year
no one is siting at their phone, computer, tablet etc in mid January wondering if so and so will meet a certain opponent in the capital one bowl this time next year.
but then again I buy college football magazines every summer so I guess I help attribute to these way too early predictions

IKR?
But we all read the links anyway.
It’s our fault.

When I first see ‘em in the grocery store each summer, my heart increases its pace.
Shameful, I know.
Now that my groceries are delivered full-time, I’m hoping I can check my addiction at the sliding glass market doors .
It’s nuts how the internet has changed the landscape of how we view news—within a decade or two.
The release of Dave Campbell’s Texas Football each summer used to make my ovaries twitch.
Now we have that “news” months before it’s printed.

Why would we get triggered?
It's pretty routine at this point, yall get overhyped by the media and then lose in Jacksonville. Rinse and repeat

I'd change the west to this:
1. Bama 8-0 SEC
2. A&M 6-2 SEC (Bama, Au)
3. LSU 5-3 SEC (Bama, TAMU, UF)
4. Au 4-4 (Bama, UGA, Ole Miss, LSu)
5. Ole Miss 4-4 (Bama, UF, TAMU, LSU)
6. State (IDGAF)
7. Arkansas IDGAF
Ole Miss would be 4th in your prediction there, bud.

What...Florida and Georgia are tier 1. Tier 2 are UK and UT. Missouri and USCe are tier 3 and Vandy is just awful.
Not all that balanced. West is more balanced to me.
LSU, Bama, Auburn tier 1
Aggies tier 2
Miss State and Ole Miss tier 3 but with coaches that will cause major headaches
And Akransas sucks royal dick.
There are four teams on each side that can win the division, though Aggie, UT, or UK would be pretty surprising if they did

UK is winning the East this year. Just giving yall fair warning to acclimate to the idea.
If it's not going to be us, I'd rather it be you.

I gotcha.
You could convince me of either.
Just gut feelings; I’d never die in a ditch, arguing either side.
As of now, you could take most of the East (Vandy excluded—though they’re always good for an upset), toss em into a bag, and draw a name at random.
But if you held a gun to my head, Florida and Georgia would obviously be my champions of choice.

Put A&M #8 and keep the #3 spot open

4 in a row has only happened once before.
Not sure what you mean by this happening only once before.
UGA's had winning streaks vs. Florida...7 wins-in-a-row (twice), 6 (twice), and 3 (4, including the current). All other streaks were 2 or 1.

Florida has NEVER, EVER led Georgia in the series. The Dawgs currently are ahead, 53-43-2....
….soon to be 54-43-2 come this fall.
