...do you think we will see the most expensive ticket in the history of football?

I would enjoy a Bama-UGA game in Atlanta.

Very possible. At least for college football. Georgia-Alabama/Clemson would be insane in terms of both teams proximity.

A UGA-Bama or UGA-Clemson matchup would carry pretty crazy storylines.

UGA-Clemson is a long-tenured geographical rival separated by 70 miles.

UGA-Bama not only carries a Teacher-Master matchup between Saban and Kirby but the emergence of a legitimate power in the East to finally challenge Bama in the SEC (LSU and Florida had runs but couldn't make them last. This could be an indication as to whether UGA has finally arrived as Bama's peer).

When one considers all of the dramatic matchup possibilities in the final, it becomes hard to ignore the prospect of some potential assistance from the zebras out in Pasadena i/o to facilitate such a money making machine for the powers that be.../tinfoil hat off.

With not having to spend on airline tix and accomodations, you gotta figure UGA folks are gonna empty the 401ks to get in the Benz?

Not having to spend on flights, etc might be why Alabama fans decide to do something similar. I can say from personal experience that going to the playoffs four years in a row and two national title games (and hopefully counting) gets pretty freaking expensive

I'm pretty sure when we played Oregon that was the most expensive ever at the time. I took 2k out to Phoenix and couldn't sniff a ticket.

I know the Clemson and Bama game last year was big and I imagine the LSU Bama rematch was pretty high.

Yea I remember that being a shite show because ticket brokers really fricked up that game by over promising tickets. LSU-Alabama was expensive but not as much so as last year in Tampa actually.

NC tickets are gonna be expen$ive! Been cruising some of the online ticket brokers just in case my Dawgs make it back to the Benz. The cheapest thing I've seen so far was around $1700 for a nose bleed seat in the end zone.

Top end - $15,000. That's insane.
