Bail Saban out for what? Not one time has Saban or anyone employed by the University of Alabama has been brought up in these trials. Players have been accused of taking money from runners of agents and shoe companies.
The federal case going on is treating the Universities as the victim.

What is the NCAA being there going to do? The schools do not like that this stuff happens and they do try to do what they can to prevent it. It doesn't benefit the schools, it's agents using money to peddle influence in their career after school.
But of course, being he took a snipe at "the man", I'm sure people will pretend like he's right and breaking ground. Nope, he's just clueless like most people.
