No shite. I'm tired of hearing our fans claim that they have sources.

I dunno, probably. But he duped everyone
I don't trust anyone anymore to be honest. I wait to hear it from Long's mouth. I am just curious where Hawgeye is hearing the opposite of most everyone else.
Seems as long as it's taking to announce, that it would lean towards retaining but what do I know.

Damn and you have been pretty spot on in the past.
ETA: Damn you by the way. I was crushing it at work up until this but now you have me scouring the internet to see if anyone is saying the same things. I can't do any more work under these stressful conditions.

Makes no sense to me....really stupid.
I feel bad for Wilson, etc who could have gone pro and now they will have to deal with a new coach. I really am not ready for a coaching search...more inside info!

Gus was on the 103.7 Buzz Show with No Name campaigning for the gig. He is a good person and probably deserves a chance to coach the hogs. Talked about character and how important is that to college football.
Gus wouldn't have a 25 year old girlfriend--- just saying
Why the frick would we want a high school coach with a gimmicky offense as our HC? You saw last season how good his play calling was without Cam. No thank you...

There is a lot of money involved and a lot of different money folks in Arkansas. It takes time to make sure you don't hurt feelings or at least explain decisions to the money folk. I suspect the AD and Chancellor know what the decision is going to be. Chance I suppose for a big donor to persuade or dissuade what the decision is/was and that too takes time. I bet you have big money folks on both sides of the fence on keep vs. can. JMHO

Would be an absolute disaster as an SEC coach.

didn't he pass for a 400 or 500 yds. in last Friday's scrimmage? i know it's spring and a lot of spring stuff is fools gold but, i think he'll mesh well with P. Petrino.

i don't think he'll have to deal w/another HC...maybe the school will sanction BP, rework his contract, etc...

there's no way they fire petrino. not with so many bills to build new facilities and only pledges propping them up.

Retained with strict punishment is the right thing to do IMO.
If I was punishing Petrino, he would lose 3/4 of his annual salary, and a 2 game suspension.

News for Jonathan Williams and you dumb arse Arkansas sister-frickers: With or without Petrino you're not winning a NC. Funny how a third place finish in the SECW makes you think you're NC worthy.
