Based on what?

You realize the NCAA itself has absolutely NOTHING that we know of, right? Every single piece of "evidence" thus far has been reported as coming from sources who refuse to have anything to do with the NCAA.

The NCAA doesn't have so much as a single first hand account of the accusations that we know of, merely the second hand media reports.

Thus why I said "as far as we know". All we know is that it has been reported over and over and over again that all the brokers/accusers are refusing to cooperate the NCAA. The NCAA has even said they have contacted several of these brokers multiple times and haven't heard a thing from them.

The NCAA may have a "smoking gun" but there is NOTHING that would lead us to believe they do. There is however plenty to at least suggest they have little/nothing in the way of evidence.

isnt the point of all 300 pages that everyone outside of the A&M family cant stand the Faggies.

What I do know is that every single person accusing Manziel directly is not cooperating. if the NCAA has significant evidence, it came from a source not yet reported by anyone.

All we can go on is what we know, and what we know at least suggests the NCAA has very little at all.

if this is true then why would Sumlin comment last week that he found out earlier that day.

if that loophole was closed prior to Cam's dad asking MSU for money, would Cam have been ruled ineligible?

Of course they might, but we have no reason to believe they do.

You can't offer one single argument that would lead someone to believe the NCAA could potentially have something other than "well they might be keeping a secret". On the other hand, I can offer a great deal to suggest that they currently have very little.

There is always the "what if" factor in any aspect of life, but until it comes out there's no reason to assume the NCAA has this big smoking gun "just because".
