I was referring to the NCAA.

These delusional aggies would argue he's innocent if they saw multiple videos of him taking the cash.

They would argue "well he is probably just moving that money somewhere" or "well he is probably giving it to the poor" or "Johnny is just running to deposit that in the bank for him!"

proper equipment being a magnifying glass.

you can tell a difference between auto pen, fairly easy, if you know what to look for

If they haven't yet, they will. Unless they just decide to let all this slide because JFF has no reason to lie.

No one is arguing his innocence you penis. Dude is a giant douche tackle and is likely 100% guilty. We're arguing whether or not he's smarter than the NCAA and if they can prove his guilt with hard evidence.

While it appears he is guilty, there has never been hard evidence. Just people making claims. The claims may very well be legitimate, but they can be bogus. While the odds are slim for the latter, there is a chance that Johnny is innocent. Believing that he is without a doubt guilty is ignorance. There is a small chance he is innocent. As fans, we may be more inclined to hold onto this, but at least we aern't basing our opinion off of "he said, she said".

I do think he may be guilty, but I do not know he is. That is the difference.

Thing is, for the NCAA, thinking somebody might be guilty is often enough.

It depends. As someone said earlier, the NCAA and its enforcement of its rules are capricious.

No one knows what the NCAA knows. They do not comment on on-going investigations. You might be right about the lack of hard evidence but unless you work for the NCAA, you don't know that for sure.

People also forget that the same standard of evidence doesn't exist for the NCAA. They don't get subpoena powers, so they get to have lower standards of guilt when they want to.

Now aggies are saying "He may be... we aren't even denying he is guilty, but if they can't prove it.... !"

What happened to that honor code?

You guys are getting more and more and more pathetic as this thing rolls out. Dude is guilty as hell, the more this lingers the more signing sessions get revealed and the more hell the NCAA will reign on him (and you guys) for not just calling things what they were.

I actually hope you guys are dumb enough to play him. That way we can trash you in your stadium with him and the NCAA will not only revoke every game he played in they'll give you a further ban for not disciplining him yourself.

I can't blame you guys too much, he is your entire team. Without him you're nothing.

You have 206 posts too many. Nor have you read anything in the thread.

I personally think he's done... Too many signings, too many people involved.

Yep, kind of a crap shoot. A lot depends on the motives of the decision makers. They don't have to have hard 'court house' evidence, conversely, they can decide not to follow their own bylaws.

I agree. No doubt aggies will blame the NCAA instead of their own coach, institution, the player and his parents for letting this guy just run wild.

I still hope they continue to be bullish and play him though. It will make the fallout even more catastrophic.

It's always stunning to me how inconsistent they are. They've been particularly impotent lately, so who knows which direction they'll choose. Overcompensation or underachieving.

It's almost like the drop the hammer every other time to keep people on their toes. The reason I'm leaning towards them making an example of JFF is that Uncle Nate would fall under the closing of the Cam Newton loophole and there are just so many autographs. Every few days it seems like there are a few thousand more.

I think we all agree here. But A&M isnt going to sit the Heisman QB unless some more info is available.

NCAA could be influenced by other factors such as looming O'Bannon case so they might sit till it blows over. Only the NCAA knows

I hope the Aggie front office isn't as delusional as all the Aggies on this board, or some wins are most likely going to be vacated (with potential sanctions looming). It would be so Aggie to play this guy during an ongoing investigation like this. Luckily, I don't think the people involved at A&M are so shortsighted.
