Daddy lined that shite up for him to autograph, the therapist advised JM to "limit his parents autograph sessons to 30 minutes a week." Whenever he'd see his parents, they'd always have a carload of things to autograph.

Why did his parents want him spending his free time at home signing hundreds of articles? Why did JM sit down and sign thousands of items in consecutive order for some random brokers that were authenticated by the top autograph authenticators in the buisness?
What the hell did Daddy do with those hundreds of jersey's, helmets and stuff? And why did Daddy and Momma keep bringing more and more stuff for JM to autograph? And why did Daddy feel the need to trace over a half-arse autograph for Johnny?

Wouldn't that have to be determined in a different court...such as criminal court?

After all of the work several ESPN employees have done over the last 30+ years to tear our program down and steer recruits away I would much rather see Bristol in flames.

That taping wasn't illegal, that notion was debunked many pages ago when the CT law was linked on here.
May as well give up on that issue.
JM signed a ton of shite at multiple locations, for multiple brokers and that shite was authenticated by the best autograph authenticators around - they had some of that shite numbered and JM sat down and signed it all. Uncle Nate organized and arranged the signing, he made travel arrangements like any personal assistant would do for the guy he represents.

No one is tearing your program down but JFF - JFFDaddy - JFFUncle Nate and you know it.
aTm has covered their asses - they mandated JFF get therapy and counseling - hell, they've all but distanced themselves from JFF and his "Family" - and after the article came out last week, the Manziel's don't want shite to do with aTm administration, coaching staff or compliance.
IMO, aTm is in the clear thus far.
