Well, I saw somewhere that a lot of autograph people record or photograph the signings because they want proof to authenticate. He could have asked for permission, but not turned off the recorder. Who knows.

Remember, NOBODY can profit off of these amateur athletes! The NCAA would NEVER use their likeness for something like that!

I haven't seen yet anyone say he was recorded without knowledge. And I am sure he was dealing with very knowledgeable brokers, or he would not have risked this much either.

If he did as many signings as espn has claimed, manziel would know the deal with the authentication of his signature. Probably some kind of agreement between both parties

I just can't imagine someone being so incredibly stupid to say that shite when he's being recorded. But then, no one has accused him of having any judgment, so who knows. It just seems like Cheating 101.
