I don’t think you understand those words very well. I think Uga was #2 in the recruiting rankings when we fired richt and then we finished #1 two years later.

Maybe they just wanted to matriculate at an institution of higher learning and not a cow college.

I forgot UGA wasn’t allowed to sign players from 1 state and 2 states over, respectively.

Didn't Kirby also piss off Saban and Fisher by basically flat out lying to recruits about depth charts in order to get them to sign with UGA?

It wasn’t a lie to say Bama and FSU had more crowded depth charts when Kirby arrived.

How come it's never "highly suspicious" when blue chippers from Ga leave the state for OSU,OU, Michigan,LSU or Texas?
Not even including UT,AU,CLEMSON or Bama.

And Straws it's absolutely amazing that you somehow keep track of every single official and unofficial visit and text message of every single blue chipper that UGA signs.
I mean you obviously have to or you wouldn't make the exact same accusation EVERY time UGA lands a 4 or 5 star from out of state.

apparently we've gone from "showed them pictures of the recruiting big boards" to "straight up lied"... It's amazing to watch the stories shift to suit the desired narrative.

Kirby inherited the sixth ranked talent composite and lost to Vanderbilt

This is like the 50th time you posted this idiotic "talent composite "stat". It means absolutely nothing when you inherit one of UGA's worst Sr classes in 2 decades who BTW, had exactly ZERO Sr's drafted off the team and only one player drafted in the 6th Rd.

BTW, speaking of "talent composite" Missouri was 47th in "talent composite" last year and beat a UF team ranked 12th in "talent composite"by 3 TD's.How'd that happen?

How bout Kentucky who ranked 37th in "talent composite"? How in the world did they beat a team that was ranked 25 spots higher?

See how your idiotc logic works when you continually use "talent composite" when judging teams and coaches?

Mullen also beat three different teams with more talent than his own, so we can chalk it up to having a 4 - 7 team that he inherited that doesn't fit his system whatsoever.

How many teams has Georgia beaten with more talent than them? I'll wait.

The higher you are, the less opportunities there are for this to happen. Shouldnt you know this?

Here we go again. Please stop with bullshite narrative about "inheriting" a 4-7 team. You know as well as anybody that the team was racked with injuries and suspensions.Multiple Gators posted about being down to 53 scholarship players at the end of '17. How many scholorship players did Mullen have on his roster at the end of '18????

He inherited a better situation than Kirby

quote:

Three? WTF are you talking about? You'll have the same amount of players drafted if not more than the Michigan players who participated in their bowl game.

MSU? They were ranked 9 places behind you in composite index.

So he beat ONE team with more talent and lost to two with WAY less talent.I mean one was ranked 25 points behind you and the other 35 and both will have less players drafted.

LSU, FSU and Michigan.

He inherited a FAR better situation than Kirby

Nah, Kirby inherited a team that was built for the way he wanted to play football. He inherited a team that averaged 8th in the league every year recruiting and finished with an average of 10 wins for the last five years.

frick you Dawgs are so stupid. You're acting like Kirby was suffering from poverty and he had the 6th highest team talent composite.

Although it must feel like that watching LSU and Texas beat the everliving frick out of a top three talent composite team like you had last year.

If Kirby is poor with 6th, then he might not be a good coach.

Just to be clear for everyone in the cheap seats, this would be a classic example of Straws moving the goalposts...

Unless you'd like to return to the clear cut examples you have of UGA cheating on the recruiting trail that we're all awaiting with bated breath.
