The exceptions are drafted in a way where almost anything can fall under those exceptions. You don't want to post them because you know what my next response will be when you do, and that's perfectly fine. But going forward, it's probably unwise to think the SOL are bright line rules the NCAA cannot circumvent. They can, will, and have.
