Lol. Clemson has...
Better QB
Better Offensive Line
Better Secondary
Better Receivers (I know Auburn has a lot of young guys, but until they play in a game, I will hold off on saying that they are better than Clemson's)
Better Head Coach
Better QB
Better Offensive Line
Better Secondary

Better Head Coach

Miles team last year appeared to be a legitimate contender until early November. There were some underlying things that might have made people question that, but for the most part it seemed reasonable to think that team was a contender.
I'm not talking about what they appeared to be. I mean what they actually were. Some might not have known it in October, but no way in hell was that LSU team going to have a snowball's chance of winning the national championship. Same has been true of most of our teams under Miles, and all of those teams that weren't legitimate contenders (regardless of whether people thought they were or not) struggled in openers away from home vs. P5 teams if they played in one. When we have actually had a true national contender (except in 2005) and opened away from home against a P5 opponent, we have won impressively and, conversely, when we have won impressively away from home vs. a P5 opponent, we have turned out to be a true contender. How these games go has, at least up to now, been an accurate barometer of whether LSU was a legitimate contender. If we struggle and barely win when favored to win big, it's more of the same LSU. If we win impressively, the sky's the limit. But, of course, that's no guarantee it'll be an accurate barometer this year.

Because that what Rivals tells them. Don't you know?

Clemson is returning a strong team, potential heisman candidate QB, and they are playing as the national runners up from a year ago against a team that was barely bowl eligible and they are only favored by 7.
That seems really strange to me.

Thanks for posting. Why the downvotes for you?

Don't listen to any Georgia fan who says we will destroy UNC. This game will be close. I think we win, but it won't be easy.

Auburn has recruited well & does have good players
are they as strong as Clemson, no, especially at skill positions on offense; but they could win & it would not be a total shock

Hell of an imagination. I'll give you that.

Auburn and Clemson have recruited well and are closer on talent than you guys think except qb.

I'll be surprise if LF7 doesn't run for 250+.
And Wisky , may not cross the 50, much less get in the red zone. Their OL and backfield is suspect at best.

I think the Dawgs win, but it'll be 1 score late, may get to double digits by end

Clemson has the most dynamic Qb in football.
They are favored To be #1 or #2 in most polls.
AU is nowhere to be seen in the top25.
You may want to rethink your statement about the evenness of the two teams.

You don't know any of my predictions. You are by fact one of the biggest homers on the site by your predictions. Nothing wrong with it if you own it.
You also don't know any of my predictions, except for UGA will beat a widely overrated UNC. That is not being a homer at all.
