Hold your horse there.
First ya'll tell us we got passed over by any decent coach and had to settle for a crappy position coach.
Now ya'll tell us we are purposely following a blueprint of a flash in the pan program who MAY win a natty?
You need to make up your minds wth we are doing so we can understand just what we have just done.
The bottom line is,it looks like our AD made a fine hire.
Who gives a crap what anyone else thinks.

The difference with Arkansas is the CURRENT talent and how it fits into that scheme. UGA and LSU had in place and will always get the talent in the WR, RB arena.
Arkansas doesn't currently have that level of talent.
Incorrect

I don’t think Dabo is copying LSU lol. It would be the other way around of anything. LSU can’t hold a candle to Clemson’s success lately but it looks like we are getting a foot in the door now.

I don't think botching the Les firing and "I am the search" can really be referred to as a blueprint just because it worked out in hindsight. I'm glad we are where we are, but it wasn't a master plan. It just worked out.

Same thing happened here really

Incorrect. The talent they need is already on campus.
Their talent is no where near where it needs to be to compete in the SEC West. With solid coaching, they might win an SEC game or two. They aren’t, however, competing for anything, but 6th, maybe 5th at best, in the division with that talent.

LSU was the first school to hire good assistants

I don’t think anyone is saying Arkansas will compete for a West title, but there is talent.
The coaching was severely lacking. Arkansas will return one of the best RBs in the league. They had an excellent FR WR duo that returns. A transfer center from ND that will be a huge impact that sat out this year due to transfer rules.
Defense is an entirely different story, but Chavis was fricking horrible and I refuse to believe the defense is as talentless as they showed. Chavis has just refused to adjust with the times.
Will Arkansas win 10-12 games next year? Absolutely not. Is there talent to work with on the offensive side of the ball? Absolutely. Morris did bring in a top 16 class last year and most of those highly rated players are skill players on the offensive side of the ball.

#1 recruiter in the SEC, Baw, and VERY experienced. He has been AHC for like 15years at 4 schools, and he HAS been a JUCO HC before. Then he hired a few former HCs...
#1 Recruiter in the SEC.

Yeah. Neither do I. You misread.

Neither was Baylor's when they won back to back BIG XII titles with a roster full of 3* talent. This is not a conventional offense. Thinking of it with conventional thought is futile. You've never seen an offense like that.

I think it’s smart what they’re doing. I never even insinuated that it was a bad thing for Arkansas.

So plenty of teams have a head coach that had a strong connection to the University, was known for recruiting(and being a line coach) and was basically willing to take the same pay as his coordinators?

It's a veer-n-shoot/spread hybrid "check with me" proprietary offense. It's a balanced offense both run and pass and they run it at a frantic pace. Emphasis on track speed at all WR positions and playing head games with a defense.

Smart coaches will surround themselves with a top quality staff. It has a synergistic effect.
There is a good reason that the Broyles award goes to the top assistant coach.
Frank Broyles and many other successful head coaches throughout the years have done this. It is one of the main reasons for their success. It's no secret.
