I didn't realize how big a factor that Spikes would be to UFs defense, but it is evident, especially in their run defense. That dude is a beast.

For all of UF's frickups on fumbles, ARK has been missing a lot of easy touchdowns on badly thrown balls.

UF is very beatable as they have no I repeat no pass threat right now, they have the blind deer and an acorn receiver but not a consistent one.
Bama has a strong defense but its offense is its achilies heel, shut down the run force McElroy to win the game get some turnovers and you'll beat Bama as well. Right now I give credit Bama is playing the best in the SEC and I don't think it's close if they played today I'd expect Bama to win by 7-10 points over UF.

Mallet has missed a couple of wide open receivers today. Not impressive with pressure on him so far.

Agree. He needs a least another year under Petino to develop and I believe he will be back bacause of games like this and Bama. You do realize that this is only about his 9th game to start in college, don't you?
