And State was winning 14-10 in the 4th quarter of the 1998 SEC championship against them.

Then they threw 2 TDs in 32 seconds and we blew it in typical State fashion

Someone catch me up? Are Tennessee and Arkansas rivals? Like there’s been bad blood or it’s new and growing? A lot of one upping and hate slinging between the both of you teams, it’s obvious you guys don’t respect and probably can’t stand the sight of each other

They just have some extremely anal fans. All the disappointment seems to be weighing heavy them.

They aren’t all like that though, just a couple who use alters a lot.

98 Tennessee was your Superbowl moment in football for your Kentucky of the west program and you lost.

Just like you lost in Knoxville your last basketball game against us. Get use to it piggy.

Beat you head to head last game in basketball and beat you in arguably your most important football game in your program's entire SEC existence. Deal with it and be lucky that Tennessee is not on your schedule this year just like you avoided us in baseball this year as well.

Wow according to the above infographic, Arkansas has reached the pinnacle of Tennessee basketball twice in just the last 2 seasons

Clint tripped over the foot of Brandon Burlsworth. That play looked like a play action pass. With 1:40 seconds left in the game and 2nd 12, shouldn't you be running the clock out?

Stoerner has answered this over and over and over. The play was a QB bootleg to yes, run out the clock. He said Tennessee was stuffing the run up the middle, so they called the boot hoping to get them off guard and make 8-9 yards and get it to 3rd and short and keep the clock running.

It wasn't a pass play.

Just think. If araknsas didn't literally hand the win over to UT as a miraculous gift from the heavens we'd all be typing "1951" these days instead of 1998. Yeesh!

Their records vs Arkansas (1-6 and 5-6, respectively) are certainly numbers

Those 90s and very early 2000 Vol teams had prime time Miami hurricanes, USC trojans and new era peak Saban teams level of talent.

We were loaded to the gils with NFL talent at every position ever year.

The first Razorback game I can explicitly remember watching as a kid. It really set the tone for things to come.

Arky would've had to beat them again in Atlanta, regardless of whether they still lost to Moo St or not.

Arkansas would have to beat Tennessee twice and I don't see that happening.
