My stepdad was a bama fan, he took me to a game as a child and I was hooked. I have moved around a bit, and try to support the home teams. When i was in ATL, I got the chance to go to the GTech football home games, and still pull for them. That is a pretty cool place to watch a game. I've been in Nashville for 8 years, and pull for vandy, unless they're playing bama. I really enjoy watching basketball at Memorial coliseum (vandy's gym). It has a great atmosphere. Was on the front row when they beat #1 fl , at the time, in basketball. It was one of the best sporting events I've ever been to. Never watched pro football as a kid in bham. But I really enjoy the titans here in Nashville.

Oh snap. I don't know if I could handle that. I'm just glad my girlfriend is all Bama. To heck with a house divided.
It's really not that bad unless we are playing and I don't really follow any thing other than football. I think he is just excited I can talk football and not sound like a girl

Parents met at Arkansas. Both graduated.
Two big brothers attended Arkansas.
I graduated from Arkansas.
My earliest sports memories are of watching Ole Miss and Arkansas in Little Rock, and going to every home game in Fayetteville as a boy.
I remember sitting through sleet to watch Arkansas play Texas A&M when I was 7 years old, and of course, the hated Texas Longhorns.
I've been to away football games in College Station, Lubbock and Fort Worth (TCU) as a kid.
I got Nolan Richardson's autograph at a basketball practice when I was 10.
I'm a Razorback fan through and through. My name is carved into the sidewalk on campus.

I was raised in Hattiesburg, MS, so I followed Southern Miss a bit when I was in middle school. I always watched Alabama on television back then, but had never experienced it first hand until I was about 14. I was hooked on the Tide after that.

Grew up a Texas Tech fan in San Antonio because my dad's from Lubbock, so followed Big 12 sports. Also a huge Gonzaga fan since they screwed up my second bracket in 1999. Loved Adam Morrison, Blake Stepp, and now this years team with Bouldin and Heytvelt.
Always rooted for LSU in the SEC, but didn't follow them very much. Then they offered my a free application for admission last year. Filled it out and then right after my acceptance, they waived my out-of-state tuition. During my first visit last January the band department offered me a full tuition scholarship as a non-music major. Now, I'm an LSU fan, Saved my family.

I'm born and raised in LA. I've never lived anywhere, but LA. And I don't ever remember being a fan of anything, but Bama. My Mom & Dad were divorced when I was like 8 and my dad moved back to FL where he's from(He's a Noles fan). The only influence I ever had was an uncle who was from AL and a huge Bama fan. I was a Bama fan before I even knew what LSU was.

First person in my family to attend and get a degree from LSU -- I do have several cousins already enrolled or ready to enroll much to the anger of the rest of my family (UL@L fans). I've recruited purple and gold backups for years now
When I was little I was very much anti-LSU because my mom pushed UL@L (USL at the time) on me. Well, it's unlikely to raise a son in Baton Rouge that won't eventually bleed purple and gold. She fought it hard, but now her money and her son go to LSU and I'm as obsessed as one can be about the Tigers! OH, and I can't stand UL@L

Watched SEC football coming up, when it was on. Dad took me to Bama games at Legion, never to T town however. An Lsu convert I guess you could say back in the Hallman era.

Not really a convert but I only became a die hard fan for LSU when I went there as a freshman....didn't even care about them prior to that to watch the national champ game in 03.

My mother went from never watching a college football game to being the most die-hard football fan I know, and I know some fricking football fans. She has a lot of LSU gear, doesn't leave the house Saturday during football season, calls me a hundred times a day to ask how much fun I'm having at the LSU game, and gets complaints from her neighbors for yelling too loud at the tv. I think she is insane.
I really should try to get a ticket so she can see a game from the stadium.

Good thing you were born crazy.
The only teams I could really be a fan of in the SEC are Ole Miss, Arkansas, Miss. St., South Carolina, Kentucky and Vandy
I can't root for a national power. I love going into every game with an underdog mentality. It would suck to go in expecting to win every game.
