Honestly, I wouldn't put a single SEC campus in a list of top 30, or, even a list of the top 50 beautiful college campuses. Hell, there are 10 campuses in VA that are nicer than any of the SEC schools.

It rains to much for me in Ktown but Little America up in Ramstein is awesome
