if they didn't have 2 blatant blocks in the back they would've scored a 20 point TD on Barron's return!!!

Who was the undefeated team in 2007 that beat LSU when Miles argued we were better than them because of the regulation shite?

You don't think LSU was better than that KY team that beat you in OT? You don't think LSU was better than the Arky team that beat you in OT? Their final records dont' matter in a one game setting. They beat you in one game. Doesn't mean they are better - they werent'. You beat Bama in one game. Your overall season is more impressive than Bama's, I'll give you that, but there isn't a team on your schedule that would have beat Bama this year either. LSU & Bama are the two best teams in the country. That's obvious to anyone who isn't trying to flame.

However, if "undefeated in regulation" was a valid point in 2007, then it is a valid point in 2011.

Why do you guys keep bringing up 2007? We weren't in the NC hunt against teams we already lost to. In 2007, we actually won the SEC, and our only losses were in triple overtime. Let me jog your memory, every team in the NC hunt had 2 losses (except Ohio State, who was already in) - hence the 'undefeated in regulation' comment.

who had a better record than LSU that year? It seems LSU is 13-0 AND beat Bama who has a loss on its record. I don't see any team in 2007 that is the 2011 LSU in this scenario.

And every other team in the hunt to play against LSU this year also has a loss. So in 2007 LSU was competing against other 2 loss teams for a spot. This year Bama competed against other one loss teams.

OSU lost to the equivalent of Vandy
Boise lost to anyone so they were easily eliminated
Stanford lost by three scores

Don't give the me "yeah, but at least OSU won their conference" BS. That argument assumes all conferences are equal, which they aren't. We all know that.

so, now you spin it back as if the original gump was comparing Bama to Okie State? He was using that as a point to why Bama done gonna beat dem LSU boys. Re-read the post maybe.

"Chances to put LSU away"

That gets more and more funny every time I see it.

Funny you attack a part of our game that is way better than LSU's. LSU Pass rank 105 out of 120. What more do you need to know about this topic?

He isn't attacking that part of your game, he is attacking the players who contribute nothing but run their mouth about clearly being better.

It would be like James Wright saying Alabama is inferior....except it still wouldn't because at least his team actually won....but you get the picture.

The #6 pick in the 2011 NFL draft looks at your post and laughs...as do the following WRs worth a damn:

Chris Black - #2 WR (24/7) #6 (rivals)
Amari Cooper - #34 WR (24/7) #8 (rivals)
Marvin Shinn - #11 WR (24/7) #10 (rivals)
Bradley Sylve - #20 WR (24/7) #14 (rivals)

even in the unlikely event of a loss to Alabama in NOLA, this doesn't change.

how dare they want a rematch! how dare they want a second chance and have confidence doing so!

anything can turn into an argument on the Rant.
