I could give 2 shits about A&M's honor. Sumlin has no control of his team if doesn't that little phag for at least a game.

Here's my question. Do you like that Manziel is the face of the program you hold most sacred in your life?

Football is not sacred to me. A&M is my alma mater. I'm an Aggie first and an Aggie football fan second. The school will always be bigger than the football program, and the program will always be bigger than any one player. Maybe not to casual fans or observers, but it is true for former students and donors.

I doubt I would want to be personal friends with Johnny, but at my age there aren't many college students I would want to be friends with.

But you're not 100% sure you wouldn't. I'm still not sure how being friends with him came into question but ok.

I think it's transparently clear, Sumlin is Jff#2's bitch. That is one broken program.

I'm not getting baited into an argument with an LSU fan on this board about what kind of player should be the face of the program, as we both know it will get me banned.

And it's transparently clear that you're a weak troll.

I'm glad there are least a few people on this board who do like discussing actual football games instead of TMZ garbage.

ESPN just had a 10 minute segment ripping this guy a new a-hole. It was kinda sad.

Probably not. But neither Sumlin nor Manziel care about it either.

Yes, but Sumlin appears to have made a deal with the devil and now must pay his dues. Winning sucks but sometimes integrity and self-respect are more important and right now A&M is showing the world what they value most

I cannot believe I went through this whole thread and NO ONE caught this gem on the top of page 2 written by an Auburn fan. You guys are slipping...

I've always liked and respected Aggies because of their tradition, military support, and the sense of honor. This guy is a shame to a good program and school. I have no hatred for the Aggies at all, rooted for them when in the Big 12. I can't stand Manziel though. He shouldn't be able to put on that Uniform.

Sumlin needs to jerk a knot in JF's arse. Show that spoiled rich brat who is really running the show.

You have got to be fricking kidding me with this shite. ESPN just did a 10 minute summary on how disrespectful this guy is to the school/team/coach. If you put your head this far in the sand I refuse to believe you are capable of rationale thought.

Its true, I saw it on tv.

This thread is the perfect example of how influential a network/the media can be.
Most don't even know what happened, yet they hear the histrionics of Mark May & his ilk and treat those opinions as gospel.
Folks believe what they want to believe & ignore what they don't. Happens in politics, sports, personal relationships & virtually every aspect of life.
