Yeah, outside of vacated wins. But after the shitstorm in November and December and all the digging that's been done, if the tapes haven't been discovered by now I just don't see them existing.

The radio host and another one from another station has said they've hear them. If it was a single source, it'd be different, but it's still got some legs because different folks have mentioned hearing them.

The most remarkable thing about the claim to me thoguh, was it was alleged by the OP that the NCAA heard these tapes before the UGA game. Which makes no sense, if they indeed contain the info alleged.

Yes it's shady to ask a school for money, but it isn't against the rules; and until such time as it is made against the rules, that is the end of that.

I believe someone paid the kid to go to Auburn, but all this bullshite about what happened with MSU is not proof in any way of that.
NCAA spokesperson Stacey Osburn told The Birmingham News by email that "the solicitation of cash or benefits by a prospective student-athlete or another individual on his or her behalf is not allowed under NCAA rules."

He played in two of Bama's three victories in 2000.
Did the NCAA force Bama to vacate those wins? If not, why not?

It boils down to whether or not Cam knew about it. You have to prove he was in the room during this alleged conversation.
