Mathieu could probably take on a Taliban tribe by himself if he can concuss a guy with a helmet on by holding his shoulder.

No helmet to helmet, no blindside (he knew TM7 was near him), didn't hit him low, and Dre wasn't defenseless. I heard he tore his labia....is that true?

Same guy.. Not only is Mathieu trained in hand to hand combat -- he's carrying a blade apparently.

He grabbed him from behind. DBs are taught to do it on a return when you're beat. It's not a penalty unless you execute poorly.. which TM7 did. It's usually nothing more than slowing the guy down.

An injury doesn't make it a dirty play. It makes it unfortunate.
