Put Ole Miss right in front of Stanford at 8 and call it a day. Not bad for AP voters, who are mostly morons.

Apparently 6 of the last 7 National Championship teams didn't know who their starting QB was going into fall camp.
Alabama has won back to back SEC Championships (and 1 National Championship) without knowing who the starter would be until the starting unit ran out there.
It's just not as big a deal as it is made out to be. Neither is "first year starter".

Auburn has 5 of the top 18. Of course, preseason polls mean nothing.
A&M has 5 in the top 16...

Ohio State lost half their defense
Stanford lost their quarterback
Florida State just lost their #1 and #2 quarterbacks
Notre Dame just had 5 players arrested
TCU has Kenny Hill as their starter
Washington hasn't lost fewer than 4 games in a season since they were the only team to beat Miami in 2000
Baylor just lost their coach and QB and is in the middle of a shitstorm
and you think "it looks good"?
From an SEC standpoint.

If LSU loses more than 2 games I think Les might need to be shown the door. He might never have a team with this amount of talent ever again. If Les can't win the West and/or make the CFP this year, then it could be a few years before they're in a great position to do so. They'll lose the majority of their key players after this season, and although they'll still be talented in '17, they'll likely take a step back, probably another 9-3 or 10-3 season. And in '18 they'll likely be starting a young QB, which isn't Les' strength, to put it lightly, and they could experience some growing pains early.

Didn't ND have ~5 players arrested recently? IIRC, they were starters and/or contributors.

Hahahaha...
JMO, of course, but I'm seeing at least 4 teams in this list's top 10 that will def finish with 2 or more regular season losses.

After we beat them, they'll all be "Nobodies".
