LSU increased their lead in the AP poll while Alabama's lead in the Coaches Poll shrunk this week. Alabama lost 3 1st place votes in the Coaches Poll.

College football fans have a grossly inflated view of what constitutes a top 10 football team.
Typically all but 1-2 teams have some pretty serious warts by the end of the season.
