15 years ago UT was a solid #2 in every single success metric but at this rate they'll be #4 or #5 in most of them in a few years.

Those are not AP top 10 finishes, that's top 10 finishes in either poll.

I love CFB but its history is a total fricking joke and it's not much better now.
A bunch of random people in the middle of nowhere voting and then teams go to play some money game and it all depends on if you are lucky to play a ranked team in your bowl game.
The national championships weren't made to be taken seriously because they were absurdly awarded...
And awarded by many outlets...
You have schools from the 20's claiming a bunch of magazines or polls and then you have schools claiming retro-active computer polls.
Only thing that matters is head to head...who won head to head for all titles in all history. If you lost to a team, you lost.
