If he goes to Kansas and can introduce some big boy defense to the Big 12, he may actually have some success.

I think Les definitely wanted to coach again but he's at the age where a lot of major programs aren't going to hire him because they don't know how long he'll be around.

I do not feel sorry for him, rather. I am happy that he has found a team he can help improve from cellar to being competitive. Les is a class act and I hope he succeeds!
