Don’t do that. Unless you want a federal judge to hold you in contempt and confiscate the phone. Federal judges usually don’t allow cell phones in their courtroom. Sometimes even the attorneys can’t bring them. And, if they can, they have to be turned off. Federal judges don’t play. And, definitely don’t record it if the judge allows cell phones. I was thinking of someone listening in and then walking out to post. I woul dnot post from the courtroom.
