The bite mark itself is telling. The victim can only bite her right forearm in one direction. If it comes from the other direction it’s definitely his. In addition if it’s that clear as according to the report, it can easily by identifying as to who did it. Even so, it looks like thi POS beat up his fiance.

I think the lack of defensive injuries on his part, scratches, bite marks, hair pulled, torn shirt, anything makes it look one sided to me. It looks like one person got beat but bc they were mean.

I agree, though, comes a time you’ve had enough and have to walk away for your sanity and safety, which I did.

Yea when they get into their late 30's aren't nearly as hot as they used to be and the tutu isn't worth all the BS anymore. I may know a little something about this.

What's even funnier is that Tuscaloosa, not more than a couple of hours ago was talking about "innocent until proven guilty". Now he's suggesting, with absolutely zero evidence, that the defendant injured herself.

Yeah . . . .that guy seems a little too emotionally invested in this particular subject.

I like Tuscaloosa, I figured he’s trolling in here playing devil’s advocate. Or he’s really thinks it’s her fault and he’s an incel. I’m going to assume he’s just trolling lol

Either way, they should maybe take a break. All of their posts are so tone-deaf it's crazy

Lack of defensive injuries is what negates a self defense claim, and there is no justification for choking if you are not acting in self defense

Ok, whatever you want to think.

It's not what I think, it's what I know. The cops are not there to adjudicate. They are there to investigate.

In this instance, she has marks. He is going to jail. It doesn't matter what in the frick is on that tape.

If the recording proved his story it’s quite possible he wouldn’t have been arrested. It was the ONLY chance to save his job and possibly his entire career.

I've seen cops at the scene of an accident not able to determine who was at fault even with overwhelming evidence.

This isn't about Chris Beard being legally at fault or not. Just getting arrested for a felony, regardless of the outcome, terminates his contract.

Beard is out. The lawyers & state officials have to do their backroom stuff before it is official.

I used to date a girl like this. On the outside she was normal, funny, and very successful. Every once in a while she would get really angry and turn into a different person. She'd scream, lose emotional control, hit, pinch, and threaten to call the police on me even though I did literally nothing to her. She could flip a switch from sweet to psycho in about 2 minutes and had no ability to control her rage. It was truly crazy and I'm lucky nothing like this happened. Wish the best for her but these women have serious issues

How many DV scenes have you been on?

At least in my state, I can tell you with absolute, 100% certainty having marks in no way assures anyone is going to jail.
