Because there are already boxes all the way around the rest of the stadium.

LSU is always building or renovating something. We just renovated 30 million in our lockeroom and practice facility last offseason too. With the money that's going to be flowing abundantly into our football program with this title and our program looking the way it is, LSU is going to have the best of the best and stay ahead of the curve for sure. Geaux tigers.

Beautiful stadium. There are rumors that Cohen wants to add an additional left field loft right next to the existing condos.

It will be the start of the Baum master plan. Boxes wrap around in right and left field. 360 concourse connecting entire stadium.
Hog pen will remain in 2nd phase and boxes will just be above existing seating above bullpen in left field. Arkansas will also move to the first base dugout. New right field locker room will have underground tunnel down first base line and into dugout.
