The next three games we will be that big of a dog. It got lopsided because Josh Dobbs and Derek Barnett were THAT GOOD and without them Butch Jones' recruiting and player development was THAT BAD.

Go look at Butch’s last two recruiting classes. Almost all the talent on the 2016 VOLS was from the 13/14/15 classes. Dobbs, Barnett, Kamara, Malone, Hurd, Sutton, JRM, John Kelly etc. The 2016 recruiting class looked decent on paper but are mostly busts outside of a handful of guys. The 2017 class was complete slaw outside of Trey Smith and Tykevious Chandler.

If you would like to know why this offensive line is so bad, look at those last two classes as well. It’s basically Trey Smith and 4 projects that had no business getting an offer from Tennessee.
