Lucking up and beating Bama would set our program back a decade because the toothless wonder segment of our fanbase would want to keep him forever.

I was with you up to this...the toothless folks would keep joe around for beating bama? What reason do the toothless folks have for keeping Mullins around, he'd been taking the last 3 weeks of the season off after year 2.

I’ve never overlooked the ole miss game. They can absolutely suck, but still eek out a win against us on sheer hatred alone.

LSU will win but Matt Luke doing a good job coaching up what he has.

Matt Luke >> Moohead

And I am no OM fan.

We are down 3 starting offensive linemen and 2 of those are tackles. So, yes Ole Piss has a chance.

He listed the scores of the last three games against OM. Those are facts, yet you hope he’s right??

When did State hire Matt Luke away from Ole Miss?

Ole Miss is sneaky, better chance they make LSU somewhat uncomfortable like they did to Alabama.

MSU is just bad this year.

We don't have the depth to keep up. Our defensive guys on probation are likely sitting out. We might keep it close for the first couple of quarters but I don't think we will have enough gas in the tank to keep it up for even 1 quarter

You aint seen shite yet, wait till next year.

I have tried to stay positive and hope for the best but his last few interviews make it pretty clear that he is not the answer.

Wanna bet we start the game with the ball and get two delay of game penalties prior to getting a play off?

Our problems are far deeper than gas in the tank

Changing my tune. UK lost to Evansville in basketball last night so there's a chance gonna be difficult to make it through the door of success and beat bama

Certainly they are. But that doesn't change the fact that this game is winnable. The offensive guru has had "13 days" to figure out how to score on a team that gave up over 400 yards to south Carolina and ole miss.

He has one last chance to make an impression on Saturday.

Those are the scores of the last three LSU/OM matchups. It hasn’t been close since O was named interim back in 2016. Won’t be close Saturday.

Orgeron has always been great at making sure ole miss loses

Tommy got hurt, and then our season went on a long skid. Now Tommy is healthy again, and I think we might surprise folks the rest of the way.

I’m not saying we’ll win or even come close. Just saying it’s possible we aren’t as bad as we have appeared for most of the year.

Our biggest Achilles heel is still having no defense especially when the suspended players do not play. Our defense is really young. However, if Alabama starts Jones and we manage to contain Harris in the run game it is possible.

Is Dantzler back for this game? Our best CB against a backup QB could make a difference

I think they only have one left and you know we will hold them for OM. Moorhead knows he likely loses to Bama but has to beat OM to get bowl eligible

Always a chance, but most likely route to chaos would be:

- auburn beats UGA
- LSU loses to aTm and then UGa in the SEC CG
- Bama wins out by 3+ scores a game
- SEC finishes with 11-2 non-conf champ LSU, 11-1 non-con/non-div champ Bama, 11-2 conf champ UGA with a bad USCe home loss.

Does the SEC get left out if tOSU and Clemson are undefeated, 1 loss Oregon or Utah win the Pac 12, 1 loss OU or Undefeated Baylor win Big 12?

I think they do.
