Another TRO thrown out on appeal

It's looking more and more that this is no longer going to be a matter of eligibility to play in 2026, but in how much (if anything) can the plaintiffs collect in damages or a settlement (more than likely a settlement as I'm sure the NCAA would rather not have to sit for depositions on this matter), probably in the Federal Court the original TRO was issued, the one tossed by the Appeals Court last week.

They may actually get more money out of that than if they got to play and all of this was dropped.
