Still can't get over State allowing -15 rushing yards to a team that lives and dies by the run... and losing.
Refs kept State from gaining any momentum at all early on.

the penalties definitely cost us the game, but I don't blame the refs. MSU was out of control most of the game

Likely joking around. Kids probably thought it was funny if they even saw it/heard it.
The way the Director of Player Development says that it was MSU's "first round picks" talking smack to our little "1st and 2nd year players" really give this the smell of this guy making something out of nothing.
