The conference really doesn't seem to care about traditional rivals.
So, pick up the only school that is worth annexing which is UNC because of what they could add to the coffers.
Add them to make 17 schools which would give each school 16 potential opponents. Play 8 for two years and the remaining 8 the next two.
In UGAs case, they could split UF and Aub into separate sets so they play at least one rival each year.

I am sure the Vols would love to weasel out of having to play the Gators every year since Florida has completely owned them for decades now. Then again, who hasn't. The Vols just aren't very good.
