Leonard's issue is he's a horrible passer. His top game this year passing he went for 229 yards.
One dimension offense, either pass only or run only, have never been an issue for UGA's defense with Smart in Athens. You have to be able to do a bit of both.

This is a big red flag.
Georgia can load the box and blitz with corners in 3rd and long situations.
That is a luxury when your linebackers average 4.55 speed.

It's why I think UGA will make the national title game this year.
It's not because I think UGA is unbeatable or anything. But ND is one dimensional on offense. Their starting QB has less than 2300 yards passing in 13 games.
Drew Allar for PSU isn't a whole lot better. He's topped 300 yards twice this year, once against Kent State and once against USC. His top yardage total after that is 247 yards.
Against teams that finished ranked this year he had:
127 yards, 0 TD, 0 INT, 59% completion against SMU
226 yards, 3 TD, 2 INT, 51% completion against Oregon
146 yards, 0 TD, 1 INT, 60% completion against OSU
135 yards, 0 TD, 0 INT, 71% completion against Illinois.
And not a single one of those was a road game. 3 home games and one neutral site.
UGA faces two one dimensional offense in the next two rounds (should they advance). That's not likely to go well for those teams unless Stockton really stinks it up... and even if he does UGA may still win simply because their defense is better.

UGA’s pass rush is something that notre dame hasn’t faced. Those two linebackers are going to have a field day. It’s probably gonna look similar to the first time Georgia and Texas played. Riley is gonna look like a deer in headlights, because he has no clue the fury that is about to head his way. Kirby gonna have them boys foaming out the mouth. It’s gonna get ugly.
