All Tennessee has to do is put Pruitt on the stand under oath and ask him if he did the same thing at bama. REC will have him dead by sundown. Anybody he has coached for has exposure.

If Jeremy can prove that it is institutional then it will absolutely go to discovery.

In TN, an employer may not discriminate against any employee on the basis of the employee's race, sex, age, religion, color, national origin, or disability. There are further exceptions like military service, voting, etc. but Jermy doesn't fit into any of those. There is no "institutional cheating" mentioned in the law. We're not dealing with the NCAA here.

Tennessee lives rent free in your head. Which I am sure you're used to low rent anyway since you live in Mississippi.

Exactly so. Too many idiots here thinking they are lawyers. This isn’t a criminal case involving “evidence” ...this is a breach of contract. So a lot depends on the actual wording of the contract. A lot of employment contracts have latitude as to what is just cause and a lot are “at will.” Pruitt’s idiot lawyer admits that under Pruitt, UT committed wrongdoing. There is undeniably just cause, under Pruitt, his own lawyer said so. More telling is the fact, that Pruitt’s idiot lawyer just revealed how weak his case is, if he has to resort to trying public blackmail to get the payoff.

Tennessee is screwed. They got nothing on Pruitt and they've admitted as much. This is all about boosters influence - and they got what they wanted - momentarily.

I've never been on the UT hate train. I've always wondered why they didn't field better teams. If boosters got Pruitt fired with no evidence of wrongdoing they may be the reason the team has had a hard time on the field. I doubt UT really wants to go to court.
