Screwed out of his shot at the HOF because he was a Redskin.

Has to be the best LT to ever play for Alabama.

I was a walk-on from 2001-2003 and played with a bunch of these guys. Those teams had talent despite the up and down records. Roman Harper, Evan Mathis, Demeco, and Jarret Johnson all went on to long successful NFL careers.

Let us not forget Marvin Constant, who sacrificed his career to stop Josh Booty.

Antwan Odom was one of the most naturally gifted players I’ve ever seen. If he had halfway cared he could been an all-timer.

Mark Anderson was a skinny back up linebacker who finally got switched to DL and blew up.

Brodie had the better arm, but Tyler Watts was a great football player.

He was so, so good. I played T/TE in high school and admired him a lot. Auburn fan 'til I die, but he is one of the underrated greats.

Should have gone 1966 - present.

You're leaving off over 30 years since the Dodge Chargers introduction.

What a beast he was.

Huge game against LSU his freshman year. Would've loved to see him and Cecil the Diesel on the same field in college.

Tons of really good defensive ends, not a lot of great CBs. A lot of short CBs who I used to irrationally hate like Kecalf Bailey, though.

Except he really only played the end of 2003, 2004 and the start of 2005.

Sucked waiting and hoping and praying he'd come back out there in 2006 and it just never happening.

DB - Deshea Townsend

I didn't count him as this era but he was my first all time favorite Bammer.

I bought one of those mini helmets with the "12" on it and ripped off the 1's so it would be a 2 to be Deshea's helmet.

There was a white fullback on the team at the time, Donny something, good player and good guy. Pope got him coming across the middle in practice one day and concussed him, ending his career.

Pope was probably the hardest hitter on the team but couldn’t quite put it all together.

When did you start cupping Alabama and SEC balls?

Asking Alabama fans for an all-Alabama team from the worst 20 years in our history is "cupping Alabama balls"?

In reality Prothro only played 3 years (really just 2 years and the beginning of a third). Only 26 games.
