It wasn’t the Tennessee game that eliminated you from the playoffs for the first time.

I didn't reference the playoffs in my OP.
I stated that Tennessee was a more rugged, physical, and tougher team than lsu and had more masculine players who hit harder than lsu's players.
Tennessee was definitely the toughest opponent Alabama has faced this season.
