He and Cook will probably have a combined 15 targets. At least.

Don't forget about Moonshine McConkey with his weekly load of White Lightning.

If we have Georgia in 3rd and 7s forced to throw passes from Stetson Bennett to Ladd McConkey then I will be pretty happy with the job the Alabama defense did.

Bowers all over the place. Lots of matchup calls for Cook on a LB. Monken will have a good plan.
Add in Pickens, Washington, Cook, Moonshine, and others

Good Lord what an obtuse response!
Alabama is Georgia’s Super Bowl!
If some of you clowns haven’t figured that out by now you will by this time next week.
This lucky program has danced on us for a decade now because mainly of trickery and witchcraft.
We are going to bust a cap in that Bama arse this week.
Yea Atlanta is a little rougher than hayfield tuscslooser.

imagine this scenario at the same time: Pickens and Moonshine out wide, Bowers and Washington, And Cook. Am I missing anyone? Who gets the ball?

Georgia terrorizes man coverage.
If you think you are going to shut down the run game and play man coverage behind it, you will regret it. That is why our ypa is so great.
Your best bet is to keep everything underneath, force the long drives, and win the redzone battles.
I think you can restrict the run game. But playing man coverage is the death of any opponent.

I dont know why. It is moneyball. A completion is a completion is a completion. And McConkey is quick enough and smart enough to get behind a defense.

We'll do the same thing we always do - pattern match all over the back end. It'll be solid 85% of the time - we'll contest throws, make plays on the ball, force the QB to either make a forced throw or bail the pocket. Then, the other 15% of the time we'll run into each other like something from the Bad News Bears while passing off crossers and a WR or TE will be wide open.

Monken says, good luck.

I mean, we pretty much know how this is gonna go. We'll be excellent for 80% of the plays and then look like brain damaged kids for 20% of them. It's kind of how we've played all season on defense. Georgia will have 200 yards on 60 of their plays. Georgia will also have 175 yards on 8 plays.
It's the 2021 Alabama team - they try hard and fight their arse off, but they also do stupid things quite frequently. It is what it is.

This coaching staff is flat out whipping opposing staffs.
It honestly isnt the jimmies and joes.
It is getting those jimmies and joes prepared during the week.
"The same thing" has been a struggle for opponents. Both offensively and defensively. Same as the 2020 game against us (bama had a slide protection ready for every stunt and blitz. You were in our playbook because we did the same thing)

Common opponents mean nothing.
MichSt beat Mich
OhioSt beat MichSt

Yea, I mean, I dunno. I feel pretty good about our defense in general in this one. I don't feel like they are good enough to control the game enough to make up for what will inevitably be a lot of short fields for the Georgia offense. Georgia has too many good players and coaches not to find ways to score on 50-60 yard fields, which I think they'll get a lot of.
It'll take us playing our A offensive game and A defensive game at the same time to have a shot, and we've only really done that once back in September against Ole Miss. Not really reasonable to have any expectation to see it again Saturday. I obviously hope to, but no expectations of it.

What pronoun should we call you while you transition?
Regardless of comparative, UGA should do bad, bad things to Bama Saturday. Will they? Still TBD, but the UGA DL has to be giddy.
