I don't understand why you Tidesters are so squeamish about "The Process".

You're going to have to kiss some of your roster bye-bye.

And you'll gonna have to break the news to some of last year's greyshirts that, whoops, we won't have a scholarship for you after all, son. Sorry 'bout that. (Petey Smith, I'm looking in your direction.)

What are you talking about? We are simply arguing that a redshirt freshman who was a four star, who hasnt had a chance to prove himself, should simply NOT get cut.

I'm sure we'll lose some guys but I just don't see Saban letting Lacy get away. I think he will make a big impact next year as our 3rd back. Upchurch would've contributed more this year but he was nicked up a lot at the beginning of the season.

Tell you what, we'll keep lacy and kelley, and get rid of your arse.

You don't know shite. Other fanbases in here recognize better and are more realistic than so-called Alabama fans on here. Most of ya'll I'm sure are johnny-come-lately. I don't live and die by Nick Saban. I know there's only room for so many people. Some gotta go. Other schools used our LOADED roster against us in recruting. Now we still gotta see that LOADED roster cut down.

dude, instead of naming an incredible player like Eddie Lacy.. and then also Kendall Kelly.

How about..
Star Jackson
Glenn Harbin
Alex Watkins
Taylor Pharr
David Ross
Brian Motley
Terry Grant

I gave you more than 5.. and those are FAR better choices than Eddie Lacy and Kendall Kelly.

Star might not transfer. He's loving the ladies. Now if one get a little too "attached" then the transfer light might come on.

I'm not. I'm telling you the same thing that everyone else said. Your posts are getting worse and continue to make less sense.

Do you think Saban will release Star Jackson to go anywhere in the SEC? I would love him in a 2 QB system at Florida

Dude, thats fine. All good names.

For the last time. I said Lacy could (read one more time COULD) decide to transfer on his own just like Darah because he would rather start than ride behind Richardson and Ingram.

Kendell Kelly is another matter. I never liked him in high school. If Harris hadn't signed with us, he would have gone to LSU. He's too injury proned. I know it sounds ruthless. But IMO he's not any good.

i know you said COULD.. I just wanna make you aware that Eddie Lacy is way too good to just get buried on the depth chart. He has the same type of potential as Mark and Trent.

You're just saying that because it's gonna cost you a C-note if/when he hits the road. . .

"Johnny-come-lately", bitch please. "other schools use our loaded roster against us", well then, by all means, let's kick every kid off the fricking team so they can't hold it against us. If you weren't a "Johnny-come-lately", then you would know that there are a lot of upper classmen that will get cut before REDSHIRT FRESHMEN. "other fanbases recognize", I give a frick what those fanbases think. Since their opinions matter so much to you, go fricking join em.

You really are a moron aren't you? I mentioned the loaded aspect to refer to the fact that whoever we cut, they're going to be good players. And yes, I would rather cut a RS Freshman that is injury proned before i mess with upper-classmen.

Other fanbases? I respect all opinions and other Universities. I love Alabama, but we're not GOD and can't stay on top every year from here till the end of time.

In a way, it might be better to cut a highly-regarded underclassman like Kelly. At least he has a chance to sit out a year and still have a chance to play three at a major program. He could still be a star elsewhere, without having to share chances with a half-dozen other blue chips at his position.

If you cut Earl Alexander, also a 4-star guy, who was misled by the previous staff about getting a legit shot at QB, suffered through the coaching transition, kept out of trouble and did everything Saban and staff have asked of him, what is he going to do?

Or are you of the opinion that being a small part of a BCSC is all he's entitled to?

Chris Underwood
Demetrius Goode
Nick Gentry
Alex Watkins
Milton Talbert
Preston Dial
Undra Billingsly
Star Jackson

These are a few possibilities, but I guess anyone could transfer..not just these guys.

Good list. Curious though. Why Undra?
